Upload template
In order to use templates, they must first be saved per client.
To upload a template you have created, complete the following steps:

Log in to SEMYOU TEMPLATE with your username and password: https://template.semyouonline.com

Select Documents from the left navigation menu

Select a client

Select the folder where you want to save the template. This step is optional. If you do not select a folder, the template will be saved in the main folder.

Select New > New Document

Enter a name for the template, select the local file (docx format)
- Select Save
Optionally, you also have the possibility to upload templates via drag & drop:

Select a folder where you want to store the templates
- Drag and drop one or more files into the file area. The files will be uploaded in the background. During this process, the file name is automatically used as name, which you can change later individually.
Important
Please note that you need appropriate authorization at client level for this operation. Contact your Cloud Office administrator for this.
Prerequisites
The following prerequisites must be met:
✔ You have a SEMYOU user account.
✔ You have a valid TEMPLATE app license.
